Salmon Sushi Rolls

Sushi

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

 

  • Nori Seaweed Sheets
  • Smoked or cooked Salmon
  • White Rice
  • Chopped Cucumber
  • Salt and Pepper

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

 

  1. Put two cups of rice into a saucepan followed by two cups of water
  2. Bring the water to the boil and allow the rice to simmer for a further 15-20 minutes
  3. While the rice is cooking, finely chopped the cucumber and salmon
  4. Once the rice is cooked, rinse with boiling water
  5. Take a sheet of nori and spread the rice to cover it - the rice should be about 1/4 of an inch thick
  6. Place the salmon and cucumber together in the top and middle area and add the seasoning
  7. Roll the nori gently - once you have completed it, it should look like a log, slice it into four pieces
  8. Serve and enjoy!
