
Ingredients:
- Nori Seaweed Sheets
- Smoked or cooked Salmon
- White Rice
- Chopped Cucumber
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Put two cups of rice into a saucepan followed by two cups of water
- Bring the water to the boil and allow the rice to simmer for a further 15-20 minutes
- While the rice is cooking, finely chopped the cucumber and salmon
- Once the rice is cooked, rinse with boiling water
- Take a sheet of nori and spread the rice to cover it - the rice should be about 1/4 of an inch thick
- Place the salmon and cucumber together in the top and middle area and add the seasoning
- Roll the nori gently - once you have completed it, it should look like a log, slice it into four pieces
- Serve and enjoy!
